In the past years we have used several type of lubricators but the one that has been the best for me is the simalube. The simalube has a great advantage over the others with it's varible settings from 1-12 months. This gives us the option to use it in several different applications. Mitch, M3306: Motor bearing outer race frequencies has increased on the inboard side from 3 G's to 8 G's impacts on the waveform. I think this motor was recently greased but if it has been a while then I would have the PM guys grease it again to see if it does not bring the vibration back down. P/M3015: Motor vibration is showing low amplitude bearing ball pass frequency of the outer race especially on the inboard side. The pump is indicating possible bearing ball pass frequency of the inner race from the radial bearing. May need to change the lube oil and grease the motor if it has not been done recently. P3015 is seldom seen in-service and may be the cause of the bearing defects I am seeing now.

Mitch, M3306 decreased from .239 in/sec to .1 in/sec on the vibe overall trend after the perma Vario 250cc grease canisters were installed. The impacts on the waveform also decreased from 8.13 G's to 4.1 G's acceleration. I will continue monitoring the vibes to see if the canisters can hold the vibe level down.
